Porcelain Veneers
Do you want to create a smile that looks whiter and straighter? Let us talk to you about a solution known as porcelain veneers. Veneers are made from very thin pieces of dental porcelain and are designed to mimic the appearance of natural enamel. Once your veneers have been made, they'll be layered over the front of your smile, dramatically improving the appearance of stained, chipped, cracked, or misaligned teeth. In most cases, treatment can be completed in as few as two visits.

All-Ceramic Dental Restorations
Our Lincoln dental office uses the revolutionary CEREC unit to design and mill custom-made dental restorations in-house, resulting in much faster care. They are made using 100% zirconia, which is not only extremely strong but can be colored to perfectly mimic the appearance of real enamel. In about an hour, we can make an extremely damaged tooth look like new again, restoring a patient’s health and appearance at the same time.

Invisalign® Clear Braces
Are you looking for a discreet alternative to traditional braces? If so, you' ;ll find exactly that at Pioneer Greens Dentistry. This revolutionary service, known as Invisalign, uses a series of clear trays, rather than metal brackets or wires, to move teeth into their ideal positions. As a result, you can straighten your teeth without drawing attention to your treatment. This isn't the only benefit of choosing Invisalign, though. Invisalign patients can also eat what they like because the trays are removable.

Cosmetic Dental Bonding
Cosmetic bonding is perfect for taking care of minor flaws quickly, like a small stain, chip, or thin gap. A color-matched composite resin is applied to a tooth, and this allows the dentist to cover the imperfection and artfully reshape the enamel. The material is then hardened using a curing light, and in as little as an hour, you’re done! The result will seamlessly blend with the rest of your teeth, and it can be trusted to last for about a decade.

Boost® Teeth Whitening
If you want a whiter smile, we offer two great solutions for helping you achieve your goal. With in-office whitening, you can brighten your teeth by anywhere between six and ten shades over the course of just a single visit. At-home whitening, meanwhile, can help you achieve professional results whenever and wherever you want. To find out which approach is right for you, don't hesitate to give our dental office a call. We would be happy to make a recommendation.
Gum Recontouring
Whenever you smile, do you always see more gum tissue than teeth? This is a very common problem, but it’s one we can fix rather quickly with our soft tissue laser. With it, we can painlessly remove any excess tissue to reveal more enamel, instantly making the teeth appear longer, fuller, and better proportioned. We can also use this treatment to fix a crooked gum line or prepare a tooth to receive a porcelain veneer or crown.

Cosmetic Dentistry FAQs
Gaining confidence in your smile is a rewarding process, but before you start with any cosmetic treatment, you may have questions. We welcome any inquiries and encourage you to discuss your concerns with us during your consultation. However, we’ve taken the opportunity to answer some common questions right here for your convenience. Please take a look at our responses and come prepared with your own questions for your consultation. We look forward to talking about perfecting your smile with you!
How Long Does Treatment Take?
Cosmetic procedures range in terms of the treatment timeline. For some procedures, such as Invisalign, you need to plan on treatment taking at least six months. With porcelain veneers and other restorations, the lab will need a few weeks for fabrication. Whitening, however, can take between two weeks of at-home treatment or a single in-office visit. When we meet, be sure to mention any time constraints you may have, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your schedule with your treatment plan.
Am I a Good Candidate for Cosmetic Dentistry?
In order to qualify for cosmetic dental work, you don’t have to be a superstar or celebrity. You simply must have a healthy mouth. In other words, you can’t have any cavities, gum disease, or another oral health problem. Once we’ve confirmed that you don’t, or once we’ve resolved these issues, we can shift our focus to making your smile more aesthetically pleasing. During your consultation, we’ll examine your mouth and then discuss your goals and potential treatments that can help you achieve the results you want.
How Long Does Cosmetic Dentistry Last?
The lifespan of cosmetic work greatly depends on the procedure(s) you’re undergoing. For instance, straightening your smile with Invisalign is a permanent change that can and should last the rest of your life, if you continue to wear your retainer as instructed. Teeth whitening, on the other hand, tends to require touchups and retreatment every few years because enamel eventually stains over time. As we discuss your options, we can let you know how long you can expect to enjoy your results.
How Can I Keep My Smile Looking Its Best?
You have a lot of control over making the results of your treatment last as long as possible. With the proper care, meaning daily brushing and flossing, you can prolong your smile’s beautiful appearance. However, you also need to visit us on a regular basis for checkups and cleanings. In these routine visits, we’ll make sure your teeth continue to look amazing and remove plaque, which could create problems for your pristine smile. We may also give you other tips, such as drinking plenty of water, that can help you preserve the results you’ve achieved.
